Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to fill the role of Leading Hand. This position involves undertaking planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacement project works across commercial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Main Job Tasks: Perform changeover/replacement works based on client's asset lifecycle program schedules at multiple facilities across Adelaide and Rural Areas.
* Maintenance & Repairs: Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client's premises and equipment as directed by management.
* Teamwork: Work autonomously or in a team environment for large or small project works.
* Pre-Job Planning: Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.
* Communication: Liaise closely with key stakeholders and staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.
* Performance Metrics: Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Plumber with experience in performing maintenance and repairs works, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
