**Company Overview**:
Our client is seeking motivated, high performing, business developers to join their national team. We are seeking expressions of interest from Business Development Managers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Darwin. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building out existing national relationships and driving revenue growth for this rapidly growing global division in Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary or trade services qualifications in engineering, mechanical, electrical etc. and an understanding of Facilities Management services, and/or self perform
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Commercial Real Estate networks - occupiers, landlords etc. will be highly regarded
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
