Since our inception in 2009, Square has evolved alongside the world of commerce. We started by enabling anyone to accept payments and avoid missing sales. Over time, we expanded into software, creating integrated, omnichannel solutions to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later options, book appointments, engage loyal customers, and hire and pay staff. Our financial services tools at the point of sale allow merchants to access business loans and manage cash flow efficiently. With Afterpay, we aim to unlock growth and value for sellers, helping them capture the next generation of shoppers, increase order sizes, and scale their businesses.
Today, we serve a diverse range of sellers—from large enterprises to new startups, and those who have grown with Square. As our sellers grow, our solutions evolve, presenting a significant opportunity to build a lasting business and support sellers worldwide.
