About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely under the guidance of a Sales Consultant, you will support customers at the start of their home building journey, providing guidance, inspiration, and a seamless experience within the display home environment. Your key focus will be:
* Based in one of our stunning display homes on the Mid‐North Coast (likely Moonee Beach)
* Being the first friendly face customers meet, creating a welcoming and memorable display home experience
* Partnering with the Building & Design Consultant to turn enquiries into real opportunities
* Connecting with customers to understand their lifestyle and help match them with their dream home design
* Showcasing design options and guiding customers through possibilities
* Coordinating appointments and maintaining strong follow‐up with clients
* Handling tenders, paperwork, and CRM updates
* Building industry knowledge across home design, products, and building requirements
* Maintaining a beautiful, showroom‐ready display home every day
About You
