Scaffold Supervisor
SBS Engineering is seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to join our growing team, supporting major mining operations across the Goldfields and wider WA.

About the Role
Lead scaffold crews across maintenance and shutdown projects on major mining sites. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on safety, team performance, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily scaffold operations on site
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards
* Lead, mentor, and develop scaffold crews
* Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
* Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment
* Maintain accurate reporting and compliance
About You
* HRWL – Advanced Scaffolding (essential)
* Proven experience as a Scaffold Supervisor in mining
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid understanding of mining safety regulations
* Experience in shutdowns and maintenance environments
* WA MR/HR Driver's Licence, NPC & ability to pass D&A
Intermediate & Advanced Scaffolders
We are seeking reliable and motivated Scaffolders to support mining operations, shutdowns, and maintenance works. This hands‐on role involves the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across fixed plant and site infrastructure.
We offer both ongoing casual and full‐time positions, with consistent work available for the right candidates, along with above award, highly competitive rates.
About You
* HRWL – Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding (essential)
* Experience in shutdowns and maintenance environments
* WA Driver's Licence, NPC & ability to pass D&A
