Job description
Pattison & Co Physiotherapy are looking for a friendly, reliable, bubbly, responsible and caring casual receptionist to join our team. You must be organised and neat, efficient, empathetic and show attention to detail.

The Job
The successful applicant will work closely with our Physiotherapist and other members of the Admin team to provide a high level of support and exceptional service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for reception duties and will be required to deliver outstanding customer service to patients throughout your day. Our patients are our family and our number one priority. This includes:
* Welcoming patients into the practice and creating a world class customer service standard, treating them like they are part of our family
* Dealing with all enquiries in a friendly and informative fashion
* General reception duties including answering of calls, entering patient details and taking payments.
* Day to day management of our therapist's schedules and electronic diaries
* Administration support to Physiotherapist
* Office cleaning and general housekeeping
* Tolerating Dave's Dad Jokes
Essential Skills
* Friendly, energetic and positive demeanour
* Eager to learn new skills and grow with feedback and training
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone manner
* A can do attitude with high attention to detail
* A good problem solver with the ability to identify areas for improvement, make suggestions and implement change
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous experience with with Private Health, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and Third Party processes
* Previous experience with use of Tyro and knowledge of practice management software, Nookal and Xero
The Role
Job share role, working 2 days/wk, approx 15 hours (Thurs + Fri). Opportunity to increase hours in 2026 to cover Maternity leave.
