Our client is a leading retailer of home improvement and outdoor living products, operating across Australia & Recent Zealand.
About the Role
The foundational test management capability for reporting/governance needs to be reviewed and refreshed. Our client is seeking someone urgently and who can hit ground running and bring a fresh lens to the mechanics in place.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the E2E test plan across the project working with the relevant development teams and users to schedule and track testing activities and results
Develop standards to ensure adequate consistency and completeness of test scripts
Provide QA of test scripts and advice on the development of test scripts to the team where required
Accountable for reporting and tracking of testing outcomes, defect triage and management to achieve implementation outcomes and timeframes
Assist in identifying and mitigating Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies & Decision (RAIDD).
Define and appropriate test management capability that extracts maximum value.
Desired Skills and
Experience
Working on a large complex program, with a number of parallel testing phases (POC, Unit, SIT, UAT).
Experience as a Test Manager, working on a large scale transformation project.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in a retail workplace.
