We're partnering with a client on an exciting Salesforce transformation and are seeking an experienced Senior Change Consultant to help drive adoption, engagement and business impact.
This role will suit a change professional who brings deep hands‐on experience across Salesforce implementation projects, strong human‐centred change capability, and the ability to translate complex systems and process changes into practical, user‐friendly outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and end users to support the successful delivery of change across Salesforce‐enabled environments. You'll play a key role in shaping adoption strategies, developing learning and communications assets, and ensuring users are set up for success throughout the transformation journey.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and support change activities across Salesforce implementation projects, with strong exposure to Service Cloud highly regarded.
* Design and deliver human‐centred change strategies that support adoption and sustained behaviour change.
* Develop clear, engaging learning materials and instructional content tailored to different user groups.
* Use in‐platform Salesforce productivity tools, such as In‐App Guidance, to improve user experience and adoption.
* Partner with stakeholders across public and private sector environments.
* Contribute to consulting engagements and business process improvement initiatives.
* Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with cross‐functional project teams.
About you
You will bring:
* Deep, hands‐on experience delivering change on Salesforce implementation projects.
* Strong human‐centred change experience.
* Excellent instructional design skills.
* Experience using in‐platform Salesforce productivity features.
* A background working across both public and private sector organisations.
* Consulting experience with a strong understanding of business process improvement.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team.
Location and working arrangement
* Adelaide‐based candidates preferred.
* Also open to candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney.
* Hybrid working arrangement.
