About the Position
Door Attendants play a key part in our club operations. You will be accountable for ensuring that members and guests feel welcome and for monitoring club and government compliance. This is a full-time position located at our New Lambton site.
Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and a positive, friendly image.
Ensure all members and guests sign into the club as per regulations.
Advise members and guests on club facilities and events.
Promote and process Wests memberships.
Check employee and contractor identification.
Monitor and enforce RSA legislation.
Liaise with security and duty managers on refusals of entry due to intoxication.
This position requires the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a mix of day, afternoon and overnight shifts to meet operational requirements. RSA and RCG certifications are required.

About You
We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. You should have strong communication and leadership qualities, be an excellent problem-solver with people skills to manage compliance. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable. Honesty, integrity and customer service are your primary focus.
