Project Engineer Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct independent Civil/Structural work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
* Lead the design, development, modification, and evaluation of Civil/Structural components and processes utilizing relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards, and guides.
* Review and approve key design documents, supplier drawings, and data, material specifications, drawings, change orders, and bid summaries for the project.
* Determine the appropriate use of various structural elements such as steel, wood, masonry, and concrete based on load or stress requirements.
* Develop conceptual designs for Civil/Structural engineering projects with specialized or unique requirements.
Requirements
* Requires a bachelor's degree and ***** years of relevant experience or ***** years of relevant work experience.
* Recognized as an advanced contributor with a specialized skill set, highly skilled, and proficient in the discipline.
