We are seeking a commercially minded, creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead and elevate the firm's brand presence both locally and across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and understands how to position a premium brand in a competitive market.

The Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communications, campaigns, digital platforms, and client touchpoints.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Partners, and senior leadership team, you will help strengthen the firm's reputation, visibility, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company objectives
* Manage and maintain the firm's brand identity across all channels
* Oversee product management activities, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
* Support business development initiatives and client engagement activities
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners
* Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts
* Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders through effective public relations
* Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual content for campaigns
* Monitor industry developments to keep the brand relevant and innovative
About You
* Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, and marketing
* Commercially minded and highly organised
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision‐making
* Demonstrated expertise in market research and public relations activitiesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
* Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and practices
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‐solving
