The Role
The purpose of the Desktop Support Analyst is to undertake the daily operations of the Desktop Support function.
Responsibilities
* Accurately record, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents received via email, telephone, and Service Desk communication channels
* Ensure incidents and service requests are completed within the defined SLA timeframe
* Identify opportunities for continual service improvement within the Desktop Support team and other IT Operations teams
* Keeping stakeholders up-to-date with progress and resolution of assigned incidents and service requests
* Create and maintain high-quality knowledge articles within the ITSM toolset
* Provide TechHub support services, onsite support and site visits when required
You
To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourably.
* Previous experience in a similar role providing Level 2 support
* Excellent communication, problem solving skills and demonstrable customer service skills
* Proven understanding and experience with Microsoft Intune
* Experience in a large, complex technical environment and strong understanding of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
* Excellent PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, Exchange and Office365 suite of applications
* Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a fun and positive attitude
* ITIL V3 or V4 required
* WA Drivers licence mandatory
