Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Support/Registration Clerk to join our Sales department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.
Responsibilities
* Registering of new and used vehicles in line with state government and manufacturer requirements
* Ordering stock vehicles
* Processing vehicle transactions
* Arranging freight for vehicle swaps
* Processing all paperwork for sold vehicles upon arrival
* Performing monthly stock checks
Qualifications
* Be well organised
* Able to work as part of a team
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Administration skills
* Experience in Sales support/registrations not a necessity – all training provided
