Permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Administration Support Officer to join the Clinical Governance Unit at Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, providing high-level administrative and secretariat support within Metro South Health.

Role
As the Administration Support Officer within the Clinical Governance Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the Director Clinical Governance and wider team through high-level administrative and coordination services by:

* Providing professional administrative and secretariat support within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and following up actions and correspondence
* Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules for the Clinical Governance Unit
* Preparing high-quality reports, letters, memorandums and other documentation in line with corporate standards
* Supporting the coordination of clinical incident review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing office supplies, invoices and general office administration functions
* Providing timely and accurate information and assistance to staff, clients and external agencies
* Contributing to a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
About You You will be a proactive and highly organised administration professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment with:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience providing high-level administrative and secretariat support
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
* Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office and information systems, including databases and spreadsheets
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in a professional environment
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
* Experience with Queensland Health systems or Content Manager highly regarded
