The opportunity will see you play a key role on the $153M Fortis Newstead Project, a landmark luxury residential development that will become one of Brisbane's most prestigious addresses. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of key engineering and project delivery functions while working alongside an experienced team including Senior Contract Administrators, Site Management, and project support staff. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of a flagship project from the ground up and contribute to the successful delivery of a complex, high-end development for a highly regarded client. Key Responsibilities: Lead project engineering activities across planning, procurement, design coordination, and delivery. Manage subcontractor and consultant coordination. Drive programme outcomes and construction methodologies. Assist in the management of quality, safety, and commercial performance. Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure successful project delivery. To be successful you will have: A Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent tertiary qualification. Demonstrated experience working as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within a reputable commercial or residential construction company. Experience delivering large-scale D&C projects. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience on high-rise residential projects will be highly regarded.
