Job Title: Senior Executive Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Executive Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior executive with a strong track record of leading large multi-disciplinary teams in complex operating environments.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in workforce development and fiscal management, as well as a strong understanding of current and emerging social, economic and policy issues that impact the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategy leadership and management to develop and implement strategic priorities and enable reform agendas.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the lives of all Territorians.
* Lead and embed governance, assurance and continuous improvement activities to enable evidence-based frontline services.
* Oversee the implementation of strategic programs, policies and reform initiatives.
* Provide high-level strategic advice to the Chief Executive, Ministers and key stakeholders on program strategies, fiscal and operational performance and reform initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in complex operating environments.
* Strong understanding of current and emerging social, economic and policy issues that impact the Northern Territory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build organisational capability and ensure responsive and effective change management.
* Political acumen and cultural competence.
