The Candidate
* 6+ months in Body Corporate OR relevant transferable experience in Property/Real Estate/Administration
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* A positive, can‐do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
The Role
* Support and assist Strata Managers with daily administration
* Respond to owner and committee enquiries
* Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, minutes & follow‐up actions
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor communication
* Manage records, invoices, levies and general admin tasks
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (training provided)
