As Social Media & Content Producer, you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life across all digital touchpoints. Combining strategic social media management with hands‐on content production, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social platforms, coordinating shoots, and driving brand awareness through innovative storytelling. Working closely with the creative and digital teams, you will ensure content is aligned with brand objectives while delivering a seamless customer experience across online and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across all key platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
* Produce high‐quality photo and video content for social, eCommerce, email, and digital channels, including concept development, content creation, editing, and publishing.
* Lead the planning and execution of content, campaign, and eCommerce photoshoots, managing creative briefs, production schedules, and content delivery.
* Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships while monitoring social performance, analysing audience insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
* Collaborate with creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, online engagement, website traffic, and in‐store visitation.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, or content production within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
* Proven experience producing high‐quality photo and video content for social and digital platforms.
* Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform‐specific content strategies.
* Experience coordinating photoshoots and managing content production from concept to execution.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
* Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about fashion, content trends, influencer marketing, and digital innovation.
* Collaborative, proactive, and confident working across cross‐functional teams.
