The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship skills, good problem-solving skills, and relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications. You will also have knowledge of industry best practices, sustainability, and legislative compliance.

About the Role

* Maintain the commercial and car park assets, plant, and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance, efficiency, life cycle planning, and functionality.

* Negotiate maintenance contracts and facilitate services tenders.

* Manage expenditure and provide performance data for regular reporting requirements.

* Actively maintain compliance with regard to OH&S obligations, completing audits and reviews as required.
