Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Salesperson role based in Queensland, Australia. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management abilities
* Knowledge or experience in aviation, technical products, or related industries
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
* Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
* A professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in sales or a related role is preferred
