Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-level legal and commercial advisory on various head contracts and project agreements.
* Leading the commercial strategy for major tenders and bids to ensure robust risk mitigation from the outset.
* Overseeing the preparation and negotiation of complex progress claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting margin leakage on high-risk projects through advanced commercial intervention.
* Driving best‐practice contract administration and mentoring project teams to improve entitlement recovery.
