About The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and Disinfecting: Regularly clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other areas throughout the facility.
* Waste Management: Dispose of waste, including both regular trash and medical waste, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols.
* Infection Control: Follow strict infection control procedures, such as using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections.
* Stocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning and hygiene supplies (such as soaps, sanitizers, and cleaning agents) are adequately stocked and available for residents and staff.
* Equipment: Using floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys and consumables.
Qualifications
* Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
