Role Overview
The role is to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices efficiently, and support the delivery of timely and compliant financial outcomes across St Louis Aged Care and St Louis Community Care.
To Be Successful In This Role
- Robust experience in accounts payable, including high‑volume invoice processing (70–100 per day)
- Proficient in Xero, Dext, and Microsoft 365, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective at managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Demonstrates initiative and can work independently while supporting team outcomes
- Committed to continuous improvement and upholding quality and compliance standards
Essentials
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- Up to date Influenza vaccination
- Certificate III in Finance (minimum)
- Experience using Xero and Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Previous experience in finance, accounts payable, general accounting or bookkeeping
Desirable
- Previous experience in the aged care, health, or community services sector
- Understanding of residential aged care or home care finance processes
