Qualifications
* Project or Construction Management tertiary qualifications (or similar)
* 2 years local experience as Graduate, Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, or Project Engineer
* 4 years local experience as Project Manager within client side consultancy or developer
* Full working rights in Australia
Responsibilities
* Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
* Contract superintendency and assist with tenders to appoint external contractors and consultants.
* Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, cost‐saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting.
* Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, ensuring minutes are recorded.
* Manage documentation throughout the project.
* Manage consultant and contractor engagement.
* Client management and consultation – run PCG meetings.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports with varying priorities.
