You will sit right at the centre of the client experience, working closely with Financial Advisers, Planning Assistants, internal specialists, and a range of external stakeholders including clients, accountants, product providers, and more.
This is a high-impact, hands-on Relationship Manager role where you sit right at the centre of the action, driving the client experience, keeping communication flowing, and making things happen behind the scenes. You will be the trusted first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey while working closely with Advisers to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

* Be the main connection between clients and Financial Advisers, building strong, trusted relationships
* Provide ongoing support, communication, and guidance to clients across their journey
* Support Financial Advisers with accurate, compliant, and timely administration
* Manage client records, workflow tasks, and ensure all information is kept up to date and compliant
* Communicate proactively across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving queries efficiently
* Support day-to-day office operations including coordination, supplies, mail, and general office support
