Store Leader Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to learn and develop their skills as a Store Manager. You will be offered a contract and enrolled in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience from industry experts and develop essential leadership skills.

Please note that progression to a Store Manager role is based on role vacancy and your suitability at the end of the program.


Key Responsibilities:

* Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
* Analyse sales information and work with the store manager to maximise sales performance.
* Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
* Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out.
* Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression.
* Oversee store operations and provide exceptional customer experiences.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek individuals who understand what makes a great customer experience and have prior retail or customer-facing experience.

Employment Details:
