Join a growing finance team in a values-driven organisation where you'll lead Shared Services operations and play a key role in financial reporting, audit, and transformation projects.
* Lead AP, AR, Treasury, and billing functions across multiple entities
* Own month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation
* Coordinate year-end statutory accounts in line with AASB/IFRS
* Drive process improvement and support finance transformation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
* CPA or CA qualified
* 5+ years in financial leadership roles
* Strong experience in both Shared Services and technical reporting
* Exposure to TechOne or similar ERP systems preferred
* Sector experience in aged care, retirement living, or property is a bonus
