The Role This is a strategic training-focused subject matter expert (SME) role supporting the implementation of a Shared Laboratory Information System (LIS) across multiple pathology sites. The SME will lead and support the development and delivery of training materials for laboratory staff across all pathology disciplines, ensuring consistency with national standards and alignment with digital health reform goals. The role requires a strong understanding of pathology operations, clinical systems, training delivery, and digital transformation processes in a large healthcare setting. Your Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical pathology/laboratory setting. Deep understanding of pathology disciplines: Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Anatomical Pathology, Genetics, Pre-Analytical services. Strong exposure to, or direct involvement in, Laboratory Information Systems (ideally in training, configuration, or rollout). Demonstrated experience developing or delivering training programs or materials for clinical systems.
