We looking for applications from experienced (minimum 1-3 years of full-time work experience) and passionate Commis chefs to join our kitchen team. A highly relevant qualification is also required.
Minimum 1-3 years full-time, post-qualification work experience as a Chef
Relevant commercial cookery qualification (Certificate IV or higher)
Proven experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
Commitment to a long-term, full-time position

Strict adherence to food safety standards and occupational health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within the team and with management.
Understanding and implementation of the HACCP Code of Practice.
Solid knowledge of produce, stock rotation, stock control, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
A commitment to excellence and ability to lead by example in the kitchen.
Candidates with Australian citizenship or permanent residency will be preferred.
