Your new role
As the Office Manager/EA, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office while supporting senior leadership and the wider team. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, offering the chance to transition into a permanent role. Your responsibilities will span:
- Facilities and office management, including vendor sourcing, equipment oversight, and emergency procedures
- Administrative support for the Country Leader, including diary management, travel coordination, and expenses
- Accounting and financial tasks such as invoice approvals, expense verification, and cross‑border payments
- People management initiatives, including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll, and insurance administration
- Marketing and practice development, from preparing client presentations to coordinating events and conferences
- Acting as the central hub for information, ensuring smooth operations and a professional office environment
What you'll need to succeed
- 8–10 years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 3 years in office management
- Background in professional services or fast‑paced corporate environments preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with in‑office presence required from 8:30 AM
