Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food & beverage presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team — from rostering and recruitment to training and feedback.
* Manage financial performance, including labour budgets, cost of goods, sales growth, and P&L accountability.
* Maintain compliance and safety standards, from food safety to WHS, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
* Be hands‐on when needed — whether that's on the floor, behind the machine, or supporting in the kitchen.
* Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and local area marketing initiatives.
