WSP's Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP's national and global network.
The role
You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading mechanical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects
* Managing project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomes
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
* Mentoring and developing engineers within the team
* Collaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects
About you
* Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
* Strong experience within building services consultancy
* Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management
* Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth
