Overview
This is a recruitment pool for Permanent and Fixed Term appointments at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
Location: Peel Health Campus, a 206‐bedded general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, Western Australia. The Emergency Department (ED) is a 48‐bed department caring for both adult and paediatric presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence‐based nursing care is delivered to patients.
* Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care.
* Practice within scope of practice consistent with the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
Specialisation Opportunities
* Acute assessment and resuscitation
* Rapid care for less urgent presentations
* Observation and short‐term treatment under the emergency medical team

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
