About the role
We are seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) to join the Perdaman team, in our Perth office. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high volume construction project.
Responsibilities
* Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
* Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
* Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labour agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates technical skills and site-readiness.
* Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labour resources in coordination with project needs.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2 years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union workforce dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multicultural environment.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
