The role:
This is more than a support role, it’s about leading with care.
You’ll provide hands-on support to people with complex mental health needs and intellectual disabilities, while guiding your team to deliver secure, person-centred care.
Think of yourself as the team captain: mentoring others, keeping plans on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What you'll do:
Support people with daily living and community activities
Assist with tenancy, appointments, and daily living
Provide care for people facing trauma, anxiety, or brain injury
Work with families and health professionals
Keep plans and records accurate
What you need:
Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent
Availability to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, (critical days: Tuesday & Friday
NDIS Worker Clearance
Valid Driver Licence with a reliable vehicle
