Bookkeeper Administrator Role
This role involves managing daily bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Xero and a solid understanding of NDIS funding.
* Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using Xero
* Generate and send invoices via our Practice Management System / Xero on a weekly basis
* Reconcile remittances and process payments daily
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts professionally
* Submit NDIS claims via PRODA and PACE portals and reconcile NDIA remittances
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience using Xero
* Solid understanding of NDIS funding processes
* Experience working with PRODA and ideally PACE
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* High standard of communication skills – both written and verbal
