An established multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst (Level 1 or Level 2) to join their internal technology team based in Parramatta. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting modern cloud environments, and working closely with end users in a fast moving business environment.
You will act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk team, helping maintain critical systems and ensuring users receive high-quality technical support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2 support for escalated IT incidents and service requests
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user issues
* Support and administer Microsoft 365 technologies including:
o Exchange Online
o Intune
o Teams
o SharePoint
o OneDrive
o Entra ID
* Support additional security and infrastructure platforms including endpoint protection and email security tools
* Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system improvements
* Provide occasional on-site support across business locations
* Work collaboratively with internal IT staff to meet service delivery targets
* Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support or systems support role
* Previous experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
* Relevant IT qualification (Degree, Diploma or Cert IV)
* CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
* Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 highly regarded
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Full Australian working rights
* Current driver's licence
