About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, Team Leader, this role will be part of the Projects team, ensuring all projects run smoothly by managing relationships with retail l clients.
You will be a liaison between the clients and our internal team by providing overall support of project administration activities including, but not limited to:
* Account Management
* Resource Coordination
* Maintaining work schedules and staged deliveries for retail projects
* Coordination of contractors, where necessary
* Liaising with warehouse to ensure successful delivery of product
* Managing stock control for major projects
* Quoting, raising sales orders and Issuing purchase orders
* Post-project customer / technical support
Responsibilities must be taken in a manner that ensures all technical specifications and quality assurance standards are being met.
About You
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years prior project administration / coordination experience with exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent stakeholder relationship skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle competing tasks. Prior lighting or electrical knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential.
