Highway Truck Training is a well-established and growing truck driver training company, committed to producing safe, confident, and industry-ready drivers. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our team in Bunbury.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver practical, hands‐on training for HR, HC, and MC licence students
* Conduct competency‐based assessments in line with regulatory standards
* Ensure a strong focus on safety, compliance, and best driving practices
* Support and mentor students to achieve confident, job‐ready outcomes
Essential Requirements
* Unrestricted HR, HC or MC licence
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
* Instructor's Licence (Blue Book)
* Assessor's Licence (for assessment duties)
* Minimum 1–3 years relevant industry experience
* Strong communication and people skillsSolid knowledge of road safety and compliance standards
* Valid working rights in Australia
