Graduate and Early Career Physiotherapist – Structured Mentoring
Let's be honest... Starting your first physio job can feel overwhelming. At Physio Group South-West, we've built a graduate program designed to remove that pressure and help you actually enjoy your first year.
What your first few months will feel like: You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll have time to think, learn, and ask questions. You'll have someone in your corner every single week.
Support & Development
* Weekly 1:1 mentoring with a senior physio
* Monthly mentoring with the Practice Principal
* A "buddy" physio who has just been through it
* Gradual caseload build (not sink or swim)
* 40‐minute appointments (including follow‐ups)
* Weekly allocated time for client calls, letters, learning and development
* 80 hours professional development in your first year (weekly 2‐hour internal PD, external courses fully paid such as Dry Needling, Pilates, etc.)
* Surgery observation and real‐world exposure
* Clinical Edge: Physitrack subscriptions

Start date available from July onwards. Flexible. Eligible health professionals relocating for rural roles may be able to access relocation grant support through Rural Health West.
Requirements
* Obtained Physiotherapy qualifications 2023–2026 in Australia
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
