Job Title: Business Customer Advocate
About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills and a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in B2B or project management. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in software and development.
* Management of inbound enquiries with administration coordination to CRM
* Advocating for Launtel Business products and services
* Proactively identifying business opportunities via outbound sales
* Manage customer escalations, complaints and performance issues
* Coordinating schedules/ appointments with customers and staff alike
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Proven experience in B2B Sales or Project Management environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday hours, 9 am-5 pm
