Meat Department Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced butcher to lead our meat department. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for managing a small team, creating schedules, placing orders, and conducting stock takes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an Australian trade qualification in butchery and have excellent leadership skills. You should also be able to order and control costs, understand gross profit calculations, and demonstrate a passion for customer service.
