About the role:
This position involves working within a busy factory outlet assisting customers and supporting daily retail operations. Duties may include:
* Customer service and sales
* Money handling and EFTPOS transactions
* Handling and packaging perishable goods
* Stock presentation and replenishment
* Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
* General retail duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)
* Experience handling perishable goods (advantageous)
* A basic understanding of food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude
* Good time management and organisational skills
* The ability to lift up to 15kg
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Full working rights in Australia
