About Your New Role
* Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive, and effective learning setting.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
* Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to, along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
* Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively in our team.
* Implementing the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
A Little About You
* Willingness to study a CertificateIII qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA (requirement for the role).
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in an early childhood setting.
* A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
