About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient management of our accommodation camp.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring the well-being of crew members and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and camp facilities.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing resources for catering, cleaning, purchasing, servicing, and operational running of a similar camp facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely manage the kitchen and camp facilities.
* Oversee the resourcing of catering, cleaning, purchasing, servicing, and operational activities.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Ensure the well-being of crew members.
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
* Cert IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent experience.
* Cert III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and independently.
* Good planning and organizational skills.
* Physical ability to clean the camp accommodation and kitchen.
