**About the Role**
Monash Health Bureau is seeking Contact Centre Operators to work in the Monash Health Contact Centre, located at Monash Clayton on a casual basis. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be handling internal calls across multiple Monash sites, general public enquiries and managing emergency codes. Shifts are available 24 hours, 7 days a week including public holidays.
We require a level of flexibliity to assist across the 24 hour period across all days, particluarly weekdays.
