Full-Time Factory Worker – Windows & Doors Manufacturing
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join a busy aluminum windows and doors manufacturing facility in Perth. This is a full‐time, long‐term role suited to someone who enjoys hands‐on work in a factory or workshop environment and takes pride in quality workmanship.
This position offers consistent hours, variety in day‐to‐day tasks, and the opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding operation.
About the Role
You will be working in a factory environment supporting the production, preparation, and dispatch of aluminum windows and doors. The role is hands‐on and varied, assisting across multiple stages of the manufacturing and workflow process.
Key Duties
* Manufacturing and assembling aluminum windows and doors
* Measuring, cutting, and preparing aluminum components
* Operating hand and power tools
* Assisting with production workflows and general factory tasksPreparing finished products for dispatch and delivery
* Loading and unloading materials
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Working closely with team members to meet daily production targets
Duties may vary depending on workload and experience.

* Previous experience in a factory, workshop, or manufacturing environment
* Confidence using hand and power tools and measuring equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling

* Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Experience with aluminum products, windows and doors, or building materials will be highly regarded.
