We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Agricultural Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Generate new business through customer visits, phone calls, and web enquiries
* Utilize our CRM system to record customer interactions, potential prospects, sales, and lost orders
* Represent the company at demonstrations to buyers
* Effectively handle customer issues and find solutions
* Sell used equipment
* Conduct used equipment reports in the field and depot
* Responsibility for quotations, cost build-ups, and profitability of deals
* Deliver machine installation and familiarisation training on site
* Review and improve sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets (targets based on machine volume and extended warranty packages sold)
Requirements:
* Experience working in agriculture and knowledge of agricultural machinery
* Relevant sales experience preferred but not essential
* Proactive and conscientious nature
* Negotiation skills covering price, costs, delivery, and specifications
* Presentation and demonstration experience
* Strong communication skills and excellent customer service understanding
* Good computer skills with Microsoft Office packages and IT systems
