About the Role

On‐site, Monday to Friday role based at Estia Health Epping (VIC). You will support the Residential Aged Care Manager by helping run the home smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters.
* Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and rostering.
* Provide prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers.
* Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to convert enquiries to sales.
* Help with billing, payroll and stocktake.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officers.
* Maintain all record‐management systems.
* Support the Residential Aged Care Manager in daily tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
* Qualification in Business Administration or a related field (ideally).
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Solid computer and data skills.
* Previous experience in aged care (ideally).
* Previous experience in rostering (ideally).
