Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia's most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely.
The successful applicant will join an established Administration team and work closely with Senior Management and Operational Teams. Flexible work hours and arrangements can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with Senior Management and Operational Teams
* Joining an established Facilities Maintenance Administration team
* Producing reports and monitoring compliance, including Monthly Performance Reporting
* Maintaining the Compass and Clients Compliance Program
* Co‐ordinating external audits for site contractual requirements
* Monitoring compliance for requisite sites with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management System
* Preparing, delivering and developing training on related policies and procedures in areas including Clients QMS, Manager Training, Incident Reporting, Environmental Management System, ECO LAB Chemical Training and PayGlobal
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi‐service environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy and writing skills
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Australian Working Rights, Photo ID and willingness to participate in a National Police Clearance as part of the process
